Personal data

Contact forms

When using the website, we collect anonymous information for statistical purposes, but no personal data. Depending on the offer, however, we may ask for personal or business data such as e-mail addresses, names, addresses, etc. We use this data only for the stated purpose. A passing on to third parties is excluded without other information. We reserve the right to change our principles regarding the handling of personal data. Any changes, however, will only affect data that has been made accessible after the corresponding change has been announced.

Analysis services

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO), we act in accordance with the following principles Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by users is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address transmitted by the browser of the user is not merged with other Google data. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser. How long we store your data

If you have shared personal data with us (e.g. via the contact form) you can request this from us. In addition, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include data that we are obliged to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where we send your data to

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), the details of the user are used to process the contact request and to process it in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. (within the framework of contractual/pre-contractual relationships), Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. (other requests) DSGVO. The user data can be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or comparable request organization.
